Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our clients through the on-boarding and sign up process. This is not a sales role. You'll be working with clients who are in the process of signing up and helping them to gather all the required information, fill out the correct forms, capture all the relevant data in our databases, and respond to any questions or concerns the clients may have through the process. We're looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who enjoys helping and working with people.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence with clients
  • Enter detailed notes into our client database
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and team member inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, seeking or providing additional information as needed
  • Provide a consistent commitment to client satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal professional communication
  • Comfort working closely with clients
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Familiarity with Excel, email, and Word
  • Significant organization and prioritization skill


  • This is a full time position
  • The compensation is paid hourly
  • In office hours 10:30 am – 7:30 pm EST (potential for some flexibility)
